How long have you been a night owl since?
« on: June 06, 2013, 05:05:55 PM »
For starters, "night owl" is a person who tends to stay up after midnight (ie, late).

My case: Before April 13, 2012, I had a habit of sleeping at 11PM because of school. But after that day, I started to stay up until 1AM. And that made me feel worried. Maybe I should go back to my old routine soon...

I go to sleep around 6 or 7am, I try to get in bed before the sun starts to rise. I've been on 3rd shift so long anything else throws me for a loop. I guess it's been that way for 8 or 10 years now.

I usually go to bed at about 1AM, unless I have to be up early in which case I'll probably go at about midnight. Sometimes I'll stop up at about 5AM, after sunrise at this time of year but still.

I'm not a night owl, but my mum is, who goes to bed at either 1am or 2am. I've always been an early bird :)

I was forced to be one a while back because I shared a room and was stuck up until about 1AM or so.  Nowadays, I don't stay up past 10PM (I usually try to aim for 8 or 9PM) and get up around 6-7AM.  It's pretty nice having the whole day available to do stuff, and I'm VERY glad I have my own room now. :D
