I also just won a 156-in-1 multicart on eBay. It has a game labeled as Sonic-Mario, and the seller sent me a couple pics of it. It looks like some kind of hacked version of Super Mario Bros (maybe DX?) with either Mario or Sonic playable.

Actually, I just remembered that there are GBA multicarts that have Somari on them, although you might have trouble finding one that does.

I haven't had a lot of luck searching Taobao or Ruten, I guess I'm not sure what search terms to use to find these kinds of hacked games.
