For a lot of these games, you basically need to keep an open eye out on sites like Ebay, Taobao, Ruten or Yahoo Auctions Taiwan.  Most of these games aren't readily available (as with the case with most of the stuff I find) so you would need to keep checking said sites and hope one pops up.  Of course, knowing the Chinese characters for the game titles is a must for the Chinese sites.  You can find the Chinese text for the game's title on its wiki page.
