Yup! 98% sure it was some video that was down, 1% it was a bootleg game I saw in a dream (yeah, my sleep sometimes creates these) and 1% is that I had a Deja Vu of something, dunno.

I just noticed that the thumbnail for what appears to be that video was saved on google images. (I'll post it here). It definitely looks like the Pokemon Sapphire style Makon stuff

The image is too blurry... I can't tell if that was what I saw or not. It looked kinda like Shuma Baolong - Diannao Pian but it gave Tai a different pallete and hair to make it more like Frodo from LOTR. That's all I remember

I guess that is another game I can add to my gallery of Makon games. Spanish Pokemon Diamond. I wonder if Makon released all their stuff in Spanish. These sorts of things surface so rarely that it can be hard to tell

Does anyone here have any info on this thing? I know there were a few gb clones, but I don't recognize this one

Is it just me, or does that look like an English version of dragon ball gt final bout by SKOB in that lot?

On a first glance those seem like aliexpress knockoffs.

Some of those cartridges do resemble Aliexpress knockoffs, however the GT Final Bout cart has the word game placed inside of a small oval, which is more consistent with older cartridges than aliexpress. In general, most aliexpress cartridges do not appear black, and just say "game" with no oval. These carts said "Nintendo Gameboy"

You're right. I had not seen the embossed region reading solely "Game" while all the others had the classical brand.

I just came across something that I think makes the idea of an English version of Dragon Ball Final Bout seem a bit more believable. Apparently SKOB made an English version of that strange Pokemon board game thing

It appears that timetop released a gba clone with uncomfortable looking diamond shaped buttons. Here is the listing if anyone is curious

This is not really a listing, but instead a website. It seems that there used to be quite a few little game selling websites in Taiwan, but not all of them survived till the present day. I don't know if any of this site's stuff is actually in stock, or if it just has not been updated in a while, but it has a few nice pictures of some VF/Gowin games

I recently saw what appears to be a skob game not listed on the wiki

https://tw.bid.yahoo.com/item/%E7%B4%AB%E8%89%B2%E5%B0%8F%E9%A4%A8-56-3-%E4%B8%89%E5%9C%8B%E5%BF%97-100347475774

Is this the original version of what the wiki has listed as "Tun Shi Tian Di IV"?
