I was wondering if there are any gamegear bootlegs out there. if you can find any of them post them here. they can either be multicarts, or an unlicenced game but not carts of licenced games. here are some multicarts i found.

The only pirate original I'm aware of is Jang Pung II, a pirated port of Street Fighter II. A fair few multicarts were made for the system, but I've never been able to play one myself and the only ones I've seen were the pics you just posted and on Youtube. :\

Someone has actually demoed that first multicart on YouTube, incidentally:

It's from the Da...something...corporation in Taiwan. (Why does the second character have to be so blurry I can't identify the radical? >_> )

Also, I think that link that SuperSonicDude just put up only ships to Argentina.

BTW, there's also this 19-in-1 cartridge which seems to mainly include Sega SG-1000 games, including Dr. Hello for some odd reason.

Yup, the bloke only mentions shipping to Argentina, and no word of shipping the game to other countries.

I've own a few that are just SMS/SG-1000 multi-carts, others that are GG multi-carts.

Although I might be completely mistaken, other than a few unlicensed Korean titles for GG/SMS there weren't any original unlicensed titles. Innovation was supposed to release some of those titles in the US but like 99% of Innovation's stuff it was just vaporware.

I'm guessing that with most of the multicarts that have at least 10 games, some of them are SG-1000 titles. That said, I don't have any GG multicarts so I'm not sure.

some of Open/Daou's games were released on a multicart in Australia by HES too. but yeah i think their stuff plus Zemina's Super Boy 4 is about the extent of it.

I guess these pirate carts are a lot more prolific than I thought, surprised I don't have any to be honest. BTW, why do so many Game Boy and Game Gear multicarts feature a Simpsons game when most of them suck? :P

The Simpsons are HUGE in Latin America, so if they were thinking on that market it's only logical to include their games. Just saying.

The Simpsons are huge pretty much everywhere (more so in the early-mid 90s when these carts were presumably made), so yeah, it makes sense. when did pirates ever care about the quality of a game over what sells?
