If it's the one I'm thinking of, there's a ROM dump of it and it basically has most of the 1st gen Famicom games you can think of.

You register an account on paypal (if you can in your country, some countries do not support PayPal), then you send me a private message, we discuss about a deal on the carts you want. You pay me, then I send the cart(s), simple as that.
