Windows 98 and Pokémon 4-in-1?

Hey,

So in the Windows 98 Famicom bootleg, you can find a picture of Pikachu, and some logos for two of the Pokémon 4-in-1 games.

What's up with that? Was Windows 98 made by a union bond programmer or something? There has to have been SOME connection.

It is also interesting to note that Windows 98 bootleg contained another pictures: one of modified Banana Prince map screen, the other in turn the Cha Cha Amigo which used this Jazz Samba famiclone title screen: https://fcgamer.wordpress.com/2014/10/07/famicom-does-it-all-whac-a-mole-mats-karaoke-machines-and-maracas/

Huh. Thats actually pretty weird.

Is that famiclone thing dumped? It isn't, right?  Because if it's not, I would assume that one of the Windows 98 developers had been involved with that famiclone, because they wouldn't have just downloaded the ROM and copied the graphics.

Windows 98 released sometime in early 2000's (probably 2002 the fake BIOS according), made by Bei Tongfang and probably was relationship another bootleg companies, therefore it includes the Pokemon 4-in-1 and other stolen images.
