They aren't licensed by nintendo. So aren't all games not licensed by Nintendo, original ideas, not hacked from random games, aren't all the games with these requirements basically homebrew and unlisenced? Xanver, with the homebrew in the cart, which is an unlisenced game, wouldn't it be part of unlisenced/pirated gaming?  :huh:

Eh, Wisdom's unlicensed yeah. It's not homebrew though. xP Homebrew is distributed freely online and is usually by one person.
