Hey I got the rom for this game, but apparently you just fly around, no enemies to shoot?

anybody has a rom that works?

IIRC that was just a demo that Twin Eagles Group made that wasn't supposed to be a full game. So in that sense, it's working as it should

Nah, you can't hack a game to add more stuff, just edit graphics and some other things. You'd need the source code to be able to make it a full game. :\
