Apparently byemu/famulator dumped the cart and showed images of the first games, excluding "TWXMZ" which is obviously Tian Wang Xiang Mo Zhuan. Also it seems that it runs on a VT03 ambient, so it might run on OneBus mapper.

I don't think its VT03, none of the games seem to have enhanced graphics - I guess its either VT02 or a custom mapper.

That pack contains all Waixing platformers and RPG's. And tszone_fc has dumped SNT games, but it seems that he's now abandoned his project.
