Digimon Sapphire doesn't really have an "ending", but it does have credits after the last boss.  It just quickly scrolls by for all of five or ten seconds and then you're thrown back to the opening demo.  I'll get a video of that up sometime tonight or tomorrow.

And yep, finally got an account here.  :P

Well it's good to see that the ROM dump works properly then. Also good to see you on the board as well. ;)

Haven't beaten it yet, but the credits (as in the ROM graphics) are the exact same names (well, pseudonyms) as in the manual for Rockman Crystal. Yep, definitely Vast Fame...

Edit: Hm, I wonder if Janet = Janet Lin, a.k.a. Lin Cuie, credited in a bunch of Gamtec games?

Could be, she was credited in one of their GBC fighting game manuals IIRC.

(oh and welcome to the board Qiezei :D)
Well I've played through on the cart and the credits don't show up there either, it just goes straight back to the intro. so I'm gonna mark this rom as a [p1] on my site, it seems to have been modified from the original..

Aw, thanks for the welcome guys!  Have a video of Digimon Sapphire's Ending as a gift!

BTW, would it be worth trying to dump this, even if the only difference is that it has credits at the end?  I'd be willing to offer up my copy for dumping if it is.  I also have a boxed copy I can play through and see if it's the same as the copy I got the ending from (I own two copies of this game FYI).

yay an ending!

Yeah, might be worth dumping yours, just to have the original (although I guess if it's from the original run it might be protected like my copy of Rury is). You could even do it yourself if you have access to a DS and a DS flash cart, that's how I dumped mine.

I don't own either, I'm afraid...The newest thing I own is a PSP and Gamecube/PS2.  Does it require much technical knowledge to dump stuff with it, or is it pretty straightforward?  If it's simple, I may check into those two things and see if I can dump my vast collection of games.

It's really easy - there's a homebrew app called GBA Backup Tool, you put that on your card, put the game in the DS's GBA slot and then its just a matter of selecting "backup rom" from the menu and waiting a few minutes, then you have your rom. (If the game isn't protected anyway)

Only works with GBA stuff though, the DS can't read GB/GBC carts.

Oh...Well, I'll still check it out, even if it's for one game.  :P   Likely won't be soon, but next time a large deal of money comes by.

Maybe you could buy one on eBay and then sell it on when you're done. :D Or use it to play DS games because they're awesome.

If you have a computer with a parallel port the GB Transferer II might be a better bet though. the manufacturer still sells it direct for $20.99, it can dump GB, GBC and GBA. Nearly all of my unlicensed GBC games are copy protected so I dunno how much success you'd have, but you have way more than me so i'm sure a few of them would work. :P

My laptop doesn't have a parallel port, but I'll likely nab one just to have it handy (or if I come by a computer with a parallel port).  I'll probably try that one first, as it's much cheaper for me.  :D

My two cents.
I got no staff list. It just throws me back on the bossfight ground.

Yeah, R4 or anything else like that - Acekard, Supercard, whatever. As long as it goes in Slot 1 and can run DS homebrew you can use it to dump GBA games.
