Has anyone else ever heard of this? I just played it to rip some of the poorly-drawn sprites.
Apparently, It's a piss-poor Ninja Gaiden hack.
Here's a video.As it says on TVtropes, "It is notable for atrocious music, sound effects stolen from various sources (most notably Street Fighter II), graphics that look like they were drawn by retarded children, game breaking bugs that weren't in the original game and broken hit detection. It is pathetic when put up against the game it rips off, never mind other brawlers released the same year."
