I am new to pirate games, and would like to know if there are some game that are worth playing. Which ones would yo recommend (for any system)?

Firstly, welcome to the forums and the wonderful world of bootlegs! =D
Secondly, ohhh I could pretty much recommend pretty much everything from Super Game with the exceptions of Pocahontas Part 2 and their version of MK3. But that's just personal opinion there. x3

For NES, some Sachen games are a good start.  Some games I recommend of theirs include:
-Metal Fighter
-Q-Boy
-Jurassic Boy
-Super Pang 1&2
-Happy Pairs
-Rockball
-Street Heroes
Galactic Crusader and its adult hack Papillion Gals isn't too bad if you're into really hard vertical shooters, but I'd otherwise avoid it.  And on the Mega Drive, there's Barver Battle Saga which got an English fan translation.

You should play:
NES: Lu Ye Xian Zong, The Lion King Legeng, Happy Biqi III - World Fighter, Huan Shi Lu, almost all Super Game games and Feng Shen Bang by C&E.
GBC: Final Fantasy X - Fantasy War, Soul Falchion, San Goku Zhi - Act C and Shi Kong Xing Shou (Vast Fame).

Thank you for your responses. I looked through some of your suggestions on the wiki and youtube. Squirrel King was a big surprise, Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers was one of my favorite games for the nes. Metal fighter and Fantasy War look great. So does Feng Shen Bang, is thera a translation of it?
Barver Battle Saga looks like a game releases by a big company like Square.
Are the Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter nes ports any good, considering there are basically no official fighting games for the system? The video I watched of Street Heroes had too much flickering, though, so that would  prevent me from enjoying them. Do the ports have the same problem?
There seem to be a lot of good games, I`m glad I stumbled upon this forum.

[/quote]Which Feng Shen Bang game are you referring to?  I don't think any Feng Shen Bang title is translated, and certain games based off of the novel aren't even dumped yet.  As for Street Heroes, I think the GBC port has some flicker, though there's no ROM of it yet.  You can turn off the flicker in an emulator though, which you may end up having to do since both the NES and GBC games are rather hard to find.

Pochahantas 2 and MK3 (slightly re-skinned port of MK2) aren't that bad, in MY opinion. Pochahantas 2 is much better than the sluggish, confusing, and story-removed (I mean with text and cutscenes) Game Boy version. I also like Master Fighter VI, because it has all the fighters from the arcade version. And, of course, Rocman X (NES, not GB)!
I didn't know there was a GBC version of Street Heroes! Also, there ARE some fighting games for the NES that aren't pirates. For example: Urban Champion!

Metal Force by Open on NES. That's also very good.

GBC: Pocket Monster Saphire, Pocoet Monster Ruby (V.Fame one!) and E Mo Dao
Those are some pretty neat games! (taizou's dumped them in the Handheld Underground thread (in the Game Boy dumps section)

Another one: Sheng Shou Wu Yu. I beat it and it's pretty decent.

Shin Sangokumusou 2 (GBC) is excellent IMO. Also literally anything made by Vast Fame, although you need to know Chinese to get the best out of their RPGs (aside from the few released in really really bad English)
