What does it say here?

I have a blueray disc of Galaxy Express 999, and I'm just wondering what it says on the back of the case. If anyone here reads Japanese and knows, please reply here. Thanks

Also, the menus on the disc are in Japanese, but the movie itself is using the English dub which is a bit bizarre  :O . Maybe it was made like this to influence the Japanese to learn English   .
