searching around on the net i was found a big psoter with two screens ingame that incredible reminds me a clone of mario land but a lot of changes.

I can surely say that "Hung Iron Tree" is the name of the level.

And that the dragon thingie on the cover looks a lot like Bubble Bobble's protagonist.

I think it's Binary Monsters 2: Adventure of Hell. Never played it myself but it shows up on Taiwanese auction sites every so often... And the dragon is Gua Gua Long, Gowin's mascot.

The game itself is sort of a pseudo-sequel/major hack of an earlier monochrome game by the company, Story of Lasama.  They both play similarly, though Lasama is a lot more like Super Mario Land right down to the powerups.
