It's not, really, it's in GoodGBX. just under the title "Crazy Richman 2" because that's the name in its ROM header.
these games go under so many different names, its kinda confusing.. people should just start using the Chinese name IMO. Baiwan Dafuweng Jin Ban forever!

Not worth the trouble, but I was trying to romanize a few character names, as numbered by character select screen from left to right and top to bottom:

2.都比 dou bi
5.龍*二 lóng/tiáo* èr
7.黄香冀*   huáng xiāng jì*
8.小晡 xiǎo bū

*Had trouble making out these characters, or strongly not sure which characters they are.
