More GBS rips?

As there's a GBS rip of Rockman DX3, I wonder if there'll be GBS rips of Shi Kong Xing Shou and Soul Falchion, and maybe a few other of Vast Fame's games too. Of course, GBS rips of Yong Yong's games won't be ideal for obvious reasons

I know there's a rip of Soul Falchion already, but I don't think anybody ripped the second soundtrack to that game.  By the way, Brydo, did you know that there's a rip for both Rockman DX3 (the later dump) and Rockman Z?  I have all three of these GBSes if you're interested.  I wish Gil Gilad dabbled in other music formats, then we might see some of these games' music get ripped.

Another thing... I'd like to know how ripping a GBS file from a Gameboy game is done. Is it an intricate procedure like dumping a game to its ROM form?

It requires using a debugger to figure out the actual memory addresses where the music engine and data are stored.

(I'm sure I could do it if I had more knowledge of Z80 assembly code and Game Boy hardware addressing...)

You can send me one of Soul Falchion's too also.[/quote]Ah, then I think you have it.  The one with Rockman Z's music is the GBS rip of the common dump of DX3.  I just called it Rockman Z because it uses the exact same songs as it.  Shoulda cleared that up, I guess.  :X

I'm hoping Gil rips the music from Hell Fighter and Thunder Warrior; those had some good songs to them.
