Magic Boy is Magical Taruruuto Kun..or at least the artwork is.
That Gunfight 3 in 1 is an original AFAIK though.

As far as I can tell from the screenshots, one of the games is T2, another one is Revolution X and the third is some original game where you shoot the starman from Super Mario Bros. Looks like it was done by Gamtec to me, the title screen definitely uses their artwork style.

I found a few Mega Drive bootlegs being sold on Ruten:

Some mahjong game I don't know the name of
A poor condition copy of Pocket Monster
Super Big 2, which won't work on a Western MD due to the cart shape
Poker 6 in 1
Magic Boy (Dunno what this is, but I think it's a pirate original)
Gunfight 3 in 1, which apparently has the T2 Arcade Game on it; I'd probably get it myself but I don't have a Menacer or a TV that supports lightguns. >_>
Another mahjong game
"13 Cards" (Dunno the real title)
A Rockman multicart which might contain that Rockman X3 pirate[/quote]Magic Boy is likely Magical Taruruuto-Kun by Game Freak, a sadly mediocre platformer.  And I'm sure that Rockman multicart also contains lazy hacks like Rockheaven on it.

Some random Famicom stuff on Ruten:

72 + 51 in 1. I'm guessing this is the dumped 72 in 1 with a seperate PCB of a 51 in 1 multicart bundled with it.
A 6 in 1 multicart with Somari, something called "Wolf Special 36" which I'm guessing is Garou Densetsu Special and one variation of Cony's rubbish Street Fighter II clone.
A 4 in 1 multicart with Street Fighter IV and Super Fighter III.
Street Fighter Zero 2 97.
FDS conversion of Doki Doki Panic.

The converter's right.  Sometimes Ruten sellers put up pirated stuff for ridiculously high prices...There was a baseball Mario romhack that was up for 9,999 TWD.

The Chinese title of the "13 Cards" card game literally translates as "Super Poker". And I'm almost certain it's by Chuanpu...I mean, just look at it. The character art looks straight out of a Chuanpu RPG.

T2 was the only game (other than the 6-in-1 pack in) that used the Menacer.

I'm sure it's crap but I'd love to try that game out. I wonder if it exists outside of a multi-game cart?

Also, I noticed on the T2 screens there's a row of hearts on the HUD. That isn't in the actual game...wonder what it is?

As far as I can tell from screenshots, it looks like whoever developed the multicart ported over the game themselves. The graphics look more accurate to the arcade original than the official Mega Drive port. I'm guessing the other games might be arcade ports as well.

Lethal Enforcers uses the Konami Justifier, which is only used on LE 1 & 2 and a minigame part of Snatcher on SCD. T2 didn't support the Justifier, only the Menacer.

So just fork over the cash that way I can play this without having buy it, kthnxbai. :)

I found a few plug n play systems on eBay: ;)

A 99 in 1 controller thing which more than likely contains no more than 8 games. I'd buy it myself, but I don't feel like taking that risk.
Sega Mega Drive 3 controller, which apparently contains 35 games but from what I've read it's really only 8.
The non-copyright infringing version of the Senario 101 in 1. :P
Wireless Ping Pong, which I think is the same as the one TPGB12 has.
Wireless Tennis, which I think is the same thing with a few different games.
Wireless Boxing
Super Sudoku Maximo, which is apparently similar to the Sudoku 49 in 1 that Tweeterman287 reviewed.

Plug & play systems are usually quite good about not inflating game counts... usually. Except the blatant ones that claim to have numbers of games in the tens of thousands or something.
