Here is a weird sonic based pirate named 音速飛龍 which translates to Speed of Sound Flying Dragon i found off of Sonic Retro which probably most people seen by now. Uh, this isn't a pirate :x It's a game for the Super A'can, as that page says. And there is a ROM dump, I'd know since I'm the one that got it dumped =p But the only emulator(MESS) doesn't play it properly at all yet.
