Somari, Street Fighter II Pro by Cony and World Hero are missing. No idea who made the last one, but I think it's by the same people who did Street Fighter III.

What about Rex Soft? They made Boogerman 2 in 1998 if I remember.

Updated list to include Rex Soft. Also weren't there Mars games made in 1999 like Pokemon Red? (I don't know the dates of the others)

Why are Cony and EHY grouped anyway? Weren't they seperate developers?

Sorry, you can't make a list. There were so many titles that were being cranked out then that it would be nigh high impossible to make a list of them.
