There's a published date for Earthworm Jim 3 for 1998 which KAGEsk8 put on, is this true or not?

Only explanation that comes to my mind is maybe they own the cart and opened it up and found that year on the PCB. I know from what MLX has said that it seems lots of JY games have a year on the PCB at least.
