Blood of Jurassic: Stage Clear & Game Over Screens

Hey everyone, I was researching Blood of Jurassic on TCRF earlier, and it states that there were 2 unused tracks, a stage clear jingle, and a similar thing for the game over screen. However, the stage clear and game over screens are in the game, but they only show up for a single frame. During them, you can hear a small spurt of audio that I believe may be these supposedly "unused" tracks. Does anybody know why this happens or how it can be viewed in full? Maybe it happens on actual hardware, too.
