i don't think locking will make any difference tbh, theyre already bumped now. its not like he can bump them again. i've unlocked a couple that were legitimately active recently (the beta Titenic stuff & the Sintax thread).

Seems to be a case of a bit too much energy, and not quite enough ability. Most of us went through that stage when we were young, though :P
