I had this cartridge as a kid, but when I lost a good chunk of my Famiclone games in 2006 I lost this one as well.
It was a very impressive, IMO multi cart

I bought the cartridge in either late '93 or '94
it had two pages of white text on black background game selection screen, each page with two columns of games.

I can recall the following games being on the cart

- Islander (Adavante Island with the Japanese title)
- Star Soldier
- Galaxian - blue label
- Galaga
- Lode Runner
- Lode Runner II (Championship Edition or whatever)
- Excite Bike
- Star Force
- Super Mario Bros (it was the first Super Mario but with the graphics of Lost Levels, no title on the title screen and the B Button let you choose worlds/levels)
- Galaxian - Red Label - this one was faster IIRC slightly more difficult
- Popeye
- Kung Fu
- Battle City
- M.U.S.C.L.E.
- Mario Bros (named Pipe Line)
- Ice Climber (didn't display title on the title screen)
- Road Fighter
- Sky Destroyer
- Donkey Kong Jr.
- FANCY Super Mario Bros - again with the mario 2 graphics, you know the messed up scrolling Mario one but I played it a lot as a kid lol
- FANCY Excite Bike - same type of ROM Hack as Fancy Mario
- Circus Charlie
- TENGEN Tetris
- Othello - this was the only game I hated on the cart
- Exerion
- Ninja Kun: Majou no Bouken (it was just labeled as Ninja)
- Macross - that one that repeats the same level over and over
- Pac Man - not sure if it had one or two versions of this
- Bomberman

I found the pic of someone selling the cart on AtariAge

Sorry I found the site you were referring to I think, I hate to be a bother, I checked all 8 pages of dumps and I didn't see it
https://unlicensed.games/libg/index.php?m=12&y=21&d=05&entry=entry211231-024754&category=10

The only 32 in 1 cart I found there is "GameStar Fun Educator 32-in-1" but that's not it

It's probably very easy to find but I'm clearly stupid, I went over all 8 pages of dumps as well as over the 2021 dumps I'm not saying anything that resmebles this
I tried CTRL F to search for 微記憶 超強 32合卡 on the pages, I tried 32合卡 and just 32 and I don't see it :( I feel so bloody incompetent right now
I'm not seeing something can you post a direct link to it please or a screenshot

Thank you so much, that's the one I just tested it on RetroArch :)
I still can't believe I couldn't find it on that site, I really appreciate you going out of your way to help me with this dude, thank you

EDIT: Tested it further, it's 100% the exact same cart, the placement of the games is the same and all amazing :D I'm so happy.
It works on PC but not on NES Mini even with FCEUmm Xtreme, other bootlegs work fine on that but not this one.
Still it works great on PC!
