There are a few interesting things I noticed on the 64-in-1 (with the green dog intro):
*Galaz War, which was previously undumped, is connected to an unused 42-in-1 menu in code. It uses a much more standard multicart layout, notably resembling a Japanese "Fami-Kong" plug & play (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N4vzwVOv8b4). Curiously, all of the games in this menu are also included on the 64-in-1; I question if there's some way for the full 42-in-1 to be restored, but I'm not sure how to do so.
*The Konamic Sports in Seoul ROM in the multicart is an MMC3 hack titled "Athens 2004", also undumped; however, the title screen is blanked out. There was enough data left over to where I could reasonably deduct where it was located; so I restored the title screen and proper selection menus.

Extracted ROMs of both are attached, alongside a menu-less conversion of Galaz War (technically just the Galaxian PRG with the Galaz War CHR attached).

Thanks for your extract, and i've never seen such a hack of Track and Field II like this before. I remember the 42-in-1 menu data is from Galaz War.
