Ok, I got that Fatal Fury 2001 cart. Yep, just changes the header name and I am pretty sure you'll get the same results as Taizou's cart. Here's and IPS file you can use on Taizou's raw dump of the version that says Garou. I don't think you'll need it

No worries. I think that buying that lot was still worth it enough for me. Anyways, now that multiple bootlegs have been shown to have regions dependent on their header names, I think it may be a good time to start digging through some more ROMs to see if this works on more games

Looks like I've got our candidate: remember the Tian Cai Xiao Zi port of Barver Battle Saga? Yep, unused title screen graphics all the way. Those are the only unused graphics I could spot, sorry

The three games that I know have changes based on their header names are the DBZ fighting game by BBD, Garou 2001, and Rocman X by Sachen. If I had to make any guesses, I'd check the other KOF R2 engine stuff

Which basically explains those unused stuffs I found on the rom, oh well
