New sub-forum: Hacking Center

The Hacking Center has been added to the Pirate Discussion forum. This forum is meant for anything involving hacking the pirate games themselves.
A few things to mention:

* For ROM hacks, they should at least be good. No stupid "lol graphic hack" crap. (That can go under Pirated Work anyways)

* Should a sub-forum be made for a list of (dumped) games containing addresses for what they do and a list of values for those addresses?

KingPepe:
It has to be at least useful or something good and impressive. A graphics hack or a slight change to the coding would not fall under that. Translations, major hacks, splits, etc. can go in there.

EDIT: Oh, forgot to mention. Dumps are definitely welcome there.
