This game is known as Pokémon Adventure. It is a hack of Sonic Adventure 7. Makon Soft sure loves to reuse their old games to make a quick buck!

That is Pokemon Jade by Yong Yong. Whenever I see a bootleg game with jade in the name I find that it often will have the word jade replaced with emerald if it is in another language. For an example: if you translate the Chinese name for Pokemon Jade (the telefang hack) into English, it will be called pokemon emerald.
