Yes. It's a full set from TOSEC (The Old School Emulation Center). They're another ROM archiving/preservation group, like Cowering (Good sets) or No-Intro.

edit: also. If someone collecting roms there are Chinese fds romset called like nongoodfds, but there are no GoodFds. It contains most obscure pirate fds roms. Here it is: http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?uk=905983167&shareid=2615921945
