I recognise the barrel from Bao Qing Tian, which leads me to think that Ei-How Yang made The Dragon and that game, Ramar translated it into Arabic and published it.

I already made some connections about Ramar and EHY.
I've talk about the tiles stuff but mainly about the special writing used in CRB (KR), The Dragon and Panda Prince. Also noticed something similar is the © sign is the same in Contra Spirits, The Dragon and Panda Prince.
