I did not dump this nor do I know who did, nor where the original dump was posted.

Hadn't played it prior to posting, looks like it hangs after the map screen in vanilla Gens, untested on real hardware or anything else. Let me know if you guys get it working or if it needs cracked.

Tried it out in Kega Fusion and it works fine for me.  I only played up to the second level, but no problems so far.

Last I recall hearing this was one of those ROMs someone was keeping to themselves for some reason? So thanks for sharing ;)

A friend told me that someone from segasaturno.com had dumped the game and sent it to him to crack since it didn't work for him. It wasn't actually copy protected, it just didn't work in the emulator he was using. I think he (cart owner) sat on it for a while then released it on the website for a special occasion.

Since the site isn't in English and the link didn't jump out at me on the 5 seconds I spent browsing it I got a guy to send it to me on IRC.

Yeah I remember this being on Sega Saturno except the link to dl it was perpetually dead.

Here are some cheats I made for you guys:
FF0039:00## - Level Modifier (0032 is the final level. Set it after you complete a level to get the end credits)
FF0035:0001 - Invincibility
