Chinese Pokemon Yellow

Came across this post on reddit. I did some research myself, but found nothing. This seems rather interesting, does anyone here know more about this?

There are quite a few Chinese translations of Pokemon games out there, none of them are particularly well-documented.. but this one seems kinda interesting because it has a SCR ID, which also appeared on a few Makon/Yong Yong games.
