Nobody saw it on sale or even as evidence a video gameplay! All we have is a 4 strange pictures (maybe it's a joke fake)
But there is another version of that story, the company owner of the rights to the cartoon Smeshariki is a monster of copyright and destroy piracy toys. They can easily close the sale of games before it appears in the Market! A court order to take the owners of all copies of the game and subsequently destroyed.
