The first one's Metal Slug 2001, the second I'm pretty sure is that Pokemon Platinum game that Taizou showed off, and the third one I think is True Three Kingdoms, though I'm not entirely sure on that.

There's a "PC version" link (标准版电脑版) but it just sends you to the homepage. which is annoying! and so many websites do it.I think the last one is Bynasty Warriors 5 btw.

The EVG2000 site also lists a Bicycle card game from TechnoSource that's... pretty much identical to the Hoyle one, at least software-wise. And which appears to be developed by Nice Code as well.
