On second thought, it's probably the Vida Translations Silver that was also distributed by pirates. Would still be nice to see the Pokemon silver game just to comfirm what version it is...

I actually found a Pikachu Inc. version of Silver... but it was actually just a disguised copy of the HC Translations version so it was a fake. However since it has a similar intro and a title screen in the same style as their Gold it's possible it does exist somewhere out there.
