Panda Baby NES - Unused full title screen?

So, when using the cheat code 0340:05 and pressing start, the title screen loads up, along with the HUD, but when the panda on the platform goes offscreen, the other panda (which is in the letter P of the logo) disappears and is replaced with a Winnie-The-Pooh lookalike panda walking. On the actual title screen, it restarts.
