Kamen Rider Plug 'n Play

So the ROM of Kamen Rider Plug 'n Play on MAME seems to play on a normal Genesis emulator after doing byte-swap on it, but the controls is inconvenient. I've attached my byte-swapped ROM here.
EDIT: Turns out the forum treats the ROM I uploaded as an image for some reason. I attached 7z file instead.
