The ROM is correctly dumped; all games run in compatible emulators with no visible glitches. Thank you very much. :) To answer your questions:
  • FCEUX has very little support for bootleg mappers. Use Libretro-FCEUMM for Retroarch on many platforms or NintendulatorNRS for Windows for complete mapper support.
  • I assume it writes mapper number 33 instead of 289. That is likely because Sanni's software does not write a proper NES 2.0 header, so it writes mapper number 289 but fails to set the NES 2.0 flag, resulting in mapper number 289-256=33.
  • To check whether a cartridge has been correctly dumped, repeat the dumping procedure several times, removing and reattaching the cartridge to the dumper between each attempt, and ensure that the hash value of the dumped data remains constant between attempts. And if the cartridge uses a known mapper, ensure that all games run in emulators without visible glitches.

Thanks to your help I have now a dumped playable ROM, thank you very much! I have a couple more questions though, and I'd love it if you could help me understand them.

1) why is fceux not working with mapper 289? And why is it that when I dump the ROM, the ROM gets generated with another mapper but 289 and I have to change it manually in fceux's debugger tool?

Also I'd love to contribute this ROM to the no intro community, is this ROM correctly dumped? How can I check that?

Thanks in advance for your help

Here're interesting stuffs I found on Chang Da's Educational Cartridges.
1. Individual versions of common Family Basic programs on these kind of cartridges (e.g. Calculator Board, Music Board) and "Letters Invade", done by hacking the extracted Family Basic portion in the ROM. This is actually much easier to do than other Family Basic variants (and even Nintendo's original Family Basic). Unfortunately Letters Invade has incorrect palettes that I may fix later.
*Side note: The educational cartridges has their Family Basic variants hacked to check certain values in the RAM and load the respective program. This variant of Family Basic just happened to have an easy-to-detect part of the checking program. I forgot where it was but you can do a quick comparison between them.
2. Sumangame's "Math Teacher"/"Shu Xue Jiao Shi" game which I've never seen before.
3. An unused menu lurking inside the ROM??? Looks like it was for a scrapped portion of a middle school learning software in the cart.

I ran out of ideas and decided to retake my Natsume Collection I did last year. I didn't know Palamedes 1&2 were made by Natsume until very lately, so I put them here to pad up the empty space before the menu.

That's mapper 289. The current version of the Sanni Cart reader supports it. Going by mapper 289's capabilities, size should be 2048 KiB PRG-ROM and 0 KiB CHR-ROM.

Thanks for the answer. How do I dump a NROM with the Sanni Cart Reader V5 Retro Game Card Dumper (OSCR)?
I dumped an iNES ROM(.nes) and PRG and CHR (.bin) files using the 45 in 1 Educational Computer mapper. Is that useful for you? (Are bad dumps)

Classic Player Deluxe 86 in 1 is a homebrew multicart specifically parodying bootleg ones, made by forgotusername. It's not really a true bootleg. https://archive.org/details/86in1

I'm not sure if Bully Boy is homebrew. It uses a multicart system used by actual bootlegs, but anyone can use that these days. The fact that the name is a credible (if poor) translation of 霸王小子 (Bàwáng Xiǎozi; I would translate it as "Conqueror Kid") doesn't help.
