Are you sure it's a Genesis cartridge? The cover you're describing should be found only on Famicom. Maybe one found it's way on a Mega Drive cartridge, or it was printed as so by an individual.

It would be way easier to bug a HES collector asking if they would be willing to dump all their cartridges themselves using a purchasable device like a kazzo rather than buying them all, if you don't have much interest in owning them.

Hah, it reminds me of those Power Joy clones where the deepness of a screw (as in, making contact with a piece of metal or not) would change the game list to either one with only Nice Code games to another with licensed games. It was just a way to prevent the customs seizing the consoles and distributors had instructions on how how to show the interesting game list again.

1984-1992 / CCE Catalog

I'm rehosting a scan that has been made widely available in Brazilian communities of the CCE catalog. It's basically an advertisement for their titles with their own covers. I don't know if all the cartridges shown were released. It's definitely missing some like Bookyman, Duck Hunt and Super Mario Bros, which likely came later.

Quick google search using the Taiwanese registration of Spica.
The registrant is 達辰電子企業股份有限公司 which reads "Dachen Electronic Enterprise Co., Ltd.". It was ran by Cai Fuqing and it was dissolved in 1994. Unless they had a specific english name which differed from the Chinese one, Keyman Electronics is likely a different company. One could have been an international sale agent while the other was doing the manufacturing.

It's either an emulation problem or the ROM is bad. I do remember the text displaying on hardware. I need to check.
EDIT: Oh wait I thought you meant the text displaying problem of Tiny Toon 6.
The ROM in the first post is a poor mapper hack by Ka Sheng. The game will crash if you don't skip the cutscenes. I'm guessing it's due to it being incompletly hacked or security checks left behind that fail.

Block Puzzle actually use Metal Force #6 track as its main theme albeit slowed down, slightly modified and missing the drums. So it definitely originates from Korea but its origins are still unclear. It's missing the Game Line logo seen in Bugtris. Now I wonder if it had a single cart release.
