a 400 in 1 no-repeat (supposedly) Famicom multicart seems to have cropped up in China recently.. its from Coolboy (ie Waixing) same as the earlier 222+23 in 1 cart so it may well be legit.
Here is a complete games-list with some additional screen-shots for :

2000-present / 23 + 222-in-1 Problems.
« on: December 11, 2013, 06:17:32 PM »
Those multicarts, originally, can only be run on NOAC's (glob-topped famiclones as well), fortunately there is a quite simple way to omit that by rolling a by-pass mod to make them perfectly working on EVERY kind of FC/NES and clones. All you need to do is simply desolder OE pin from CHR-RAM chip and solder it to unused CHR/RD pin 17.

Pirate Talk / When did you first come across pirate games?
« on: December 08, 2013, 06:33:03 PM »
Lol, nice stories, but as for me I should have been asked when did I first come across original game instead, since here in Poland, back in the early 90's, when we've been introduced to the first famiclone gaming system "Pegasus" (MT-777DX to be exact), distributed by a two-guys-company called "BobMark", that already came with a pirate game, a "cult" multicart "168in1", we have (had?) absolutely NO IDEA it wasn't the original console, the real thing ;-)

1993-1999 / Unused levels in Panda Prince
« on: December 08, 2013, 06:15:26 PM »
I'm sorry for diggin this up, but I wasn't exactly sure where it'd be the most suitable to ask while not creating a separate thread.

I've recently picked up 2 (two) "Panda Prince" cartridges with identical PCB's (NT-858/A9712) and unfortunately I can't get them to work on ANY kind of hardware I have (Twin Famicom, Pegasus famiclone, Ken-Kid Famiclone, Entertainment Computer System NESclone, First Austria NOAC and a shitty PolyStation NOAC famiclone). All I got is a blank screen... Believe me, I've tried EVERYTHING. PCB's looks intact, pins have been cleaned, all lines are fine, what is going on then? Do you have any ideas?

Is it possible that they both are dead? Isn't that just too much of a coincidently bad karma?  :'(

1993-1999 / Shanghai Paradise Science & Technology Co., Ltd

fcgamer, taizou, thanks for the intel.
I guess I saw one or few of those "hacks" either on 150 or 245in1 those taobao kickass multicarts, however as for that "Blood of Jurassic" I'm kinda shocked a bit, are you guys saying that you already own that cartridge, or better yet have a dumped rom?

Hi there everyone. Sorry I begin my first post with new topic already (I've been lurking around that forum for some quite time now and finally decided to join in :-), but I'd like to ask you about one particular company, yes, the "Shanghai Paradise Science & Technology Co.".

I know there are some informations scattered here and there, but I haven't found anything solid, so that's why I'm making this topic, to gather all data about Shanghai Paradise and their list of games. I apologize if there already is similar thread, if so, please point it out and shut this one up.

Now, it's a pity there is so little we know about this company, at least I didn't find anything solid, so let's just start with the logo/copyright screens and stuff.
Here is something that most of you have already seen, a starting screen from "Super Hand On '97" cartridge that I accidentally came across :

+ I hope taizou won't be mad at me if I quote him :

here's the 2nd copyright screen:

the text is:
上海天苑科技实业公司
版权所有
总经理:曹怀贞

which is something like:
Shanghai Paradise Science & Technology Co., Ltd
All Rights Reserved
General Manager: Cao Huaizhen
January 1997
Here is a game cart along with the PCB >>

Next stop - possible games list.
Please take a look at the "serial" number, it's GD-97.
A while ago I've stumbled across another Paradise Science game at ruten, that happened to have GD-98 number >>
Spoiler: click to toggle

It's "Blood of Jurassic" (獵殺侏儸紀) >> http://goods.ruten.com.tw/item/show?21312077666607

Does anyone know what kind of game is this?
Also, if there are two games in order, what about the other ones?
Is it possible that there are about 98 games produced/developed by that company?

Thank ya'll in advance for any kind of contribution.
I'm totally glad to be here
