Well I just thought this needed a new topic, as lots of interesting findings aren't discussed much.

Recently, I opened my copy of Digimon 2, and on the PCB were obscure markings:
Front of pcb, left: YG01027
Front of pcb, right: 2001.07.17.CJX (date+publisher?)
back of pcb, bottom-right: 010702-0142

Also in a ROM dump of Harry Potter 3 (MakonSoft edition, and the ROM doesn't work) there's hidden graphics for some kind of clown.

Recently I finished Digimon 5#2.

Pros: No music and 12 worlds! (24 stages)

Cons : Jumps, needed savestates and all the levels are from the other digimon games, but in another order! D: Oh and most the levels are just pallete changes and have glitchy enemies.

Okay I am going to start off explaining so you PocketMonster fan-boys don't get so mad.
1. Really, no proof in the actual rom it's makon.
2. Just LISTEN, PLZ.

Okay, ever heard of Pokemon MewTwo Strikes Back? (or Digimon Pocket by Makon)

Well, why not compare it to Pocket Monster, the awesome (for you probably but not for me) game?

1. SAME ENEMIES.
2. The beedrill does the same attack in both games, and so does the monkey.
3. Don't that Pikachu look the same?!
4. The first boss, wow is it easy to kill.
5. Sort of the same map layout?

And here are reasons it might not be Makon.

1. The music is awesome (but stolen maybe?)
2. The graphics, WOW. You don't see that in MakonSoft GBC titles.
3. The engine is different by a bit. If it is MakonSofts port, then shit I'm impressed by the jumping not being fucked.
4. Those sound effects aren't half bad.  cool:

And here's some NEW evidence..

1. You see the characters fly out the screen? That happens in Sintax's glitchy platformer engine.

Okay, here's a good one : Pokemon Green put in a half corrupted PocketNES, then stuck onto a cart. :facepalm:
Anyways, the dump came out from my DSTT (ds flash cart) as 32mb (lol wtf O.o ), so I had to size it down to 256kb :lol:  (I know right)!

I was going to download some sweet homebrew for my R4i when I saw a part of a website for PC games the homebrew developer made.

Right at the bottom there's a game called Tetanus on Drugs. It's a tetris clone like Rotris except a lot more trippier and gave me a headache :O
So maybe someone could review it on youtube?
Oh yeah, and a GBA version called LOCKJAW: The Overdose, as the other one is DOS or something.

Im starting to make a game called Hummer Fighter which is a fighting game with all the Hummer Team/ABAB/Someri game characters in. If anyone can find some sprites and backgrounds for me that would be excellent! Don't worry about music, as I've ripped most music off the games.
