Is there any hack of Dizzy The Adventurer which fixes crashing when you pause or die on the clone consoles?

Do you have such separated roms but taken from the European versions (Super Adventure Quests, Super Sports Challenge)?
I think they have some improvements like removed forbidden black $0D so should work better on clones and modern TVs.
