Pirated Game Reviews / most honest gzii games review
« on: November 05, 2023, 04:44:38 PM »
Hello friends of unlicensed gaming,

i will review every single Gamezone 2 exclusive Game. I won't call them ports for accuracy reasons. without further questions, lets begin:
Scramble - HOLY MOLY! THIS PORT IS SO FANTASTIC, I CANNOT CONTINUE TALKING! 5 Bombed Bases out of 5!
Missile Command - Also an very welcome addition to the NES! It replicates the Arcade game very good, and it is funny how the turret system is actually configured to the NES Button Layout. (Two action buttons, therefore 2 Turrets). and even if it just lasts 5 stages, the replay value is still infinite, due to an randomizer, rather than a pattern for enemy missiles. 5 enemy Airplanes out of 5.
Asteroids - now, this game is known to receive severe hate. That is because it is not accurate, whis is in my opinion VERY GOOD! it is the new unique asteroids game MADE BY BEST LONG ELECTRON ;D! 4 uniqueness medals out of 5
Frogger - Looks okay, yet the catch is in the intentional shortness. only two frogs per level. okay port after all. 3 crocodiles as platforms out of 5
Moon Cresta - noz good, because the controls lock up often, and the game by itself is not spectacular. 2 "try it now"s out of 5

and this wraps up my review.

Famicom/NES / how does the vt09 emulation work on the gb-60a handheld?
« on: April 08, 2023, 05:06:43 AM »
hello there,
recently, i picked up the gb-60a handheld from aliexpress. it was very fascinating to me, when i saw, that it does vt09 games as seen in this video (jump to 24:06):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gb6IhU_0C0A
i wonder if other vt games would work on it as well, since nes games show up like this (see picture)
this one may be a hint to the nes emulator being an emuvt.

Hacker Center / Action Handball
« on: December 03, 2021, 10:24:57 AM »
Here is my new killer app hacked by me.

here is also an Headline about it:

A port of the Predecessor of the well recieved British Multiplayer Game Speedball 2 made by a Japanese Software Lab, would be a weird take on a Special Game, thy Name is Klash Ball. That Name-Censored version of Speedball was one of Publisher SOFEL's Killer App. Only on the NES to live up the Amiga goodness would be considered: "Future in your Face", But that Port named Klashball was unfortunately a bargain bin victim, due to the censored name, as Sofel was paranoid about the Effects with distinguishing the game with a drug, because Speedball is a Slang for a Drug Mixture in the US. Heck, even the Fans weren't too impressed by that Port, even though it was reviewed okayish by some magazines. Seeing this Technically good, but unpopular port of a Superior PC Game, Satervest Entertainment (not Satervest Company, because they are heavily different, despite sharing the same CEO.) immediatly went happily ballistic to find some sort of simplified app of the game, however they were not satisfied by the fate of the original. Speedball, the game itself, is a special game, that is incredibly popular in Europe and then as that Port faced a severe lack of popularity, it could be, that Klashball would be one of the Victims in the "Bad ports of Awesome Games" Collection, which is for Satervest Entertainment the most unacceptable problem, more than any other issue. So, in defense of Speedball's official Legacy and loyalty, Satervest Entertainment renamed Klashball to Action Handball, renamed every team member, especially the 3 Protagonist teams based on C64, Anime and History Whizz, made the Ingame look like the C64 Port and left the Bitmap Brothers and ImageWorks Logo intact to Glorify and give credit to these two Companies.

Hacker Center / Making a VT02 Table Soccer Game
« on: February 10, 2021, 09:50:45 AM »
hello people,

i am attempting to make the first ever nes Table soccer game with teams, based upon the Cubetac thing.
The first thing i did, is the conversion to VT02, which is done via the NintendulatorNRS itself, this also cuts out the PCM Sounds.
Second of all, i added a plenty of interesting teams into the game, such as: Japan, Konoha (from Naruto), the Ancient Egyptians, etc...
Putting the made up Teams really took me a huge Effort.
My struggle with this game is, that it can't work on standard nes, since the Mapper is severely high and sophisticated.
i'd presume, that some stuff inside the file cause those issues.
In the Attachments is the Game itself with all the Changes.
I would Appreciate a nice Teamwork from you, since i already took care of the Conversion and the Extras.

We Can Do It!

Hello everyone. It's me yet again,

i am attempting to rip some VT03 games out of the Mame rom of the DGUN-2593 Retro Arcade Machine X.
I used YY-CHR and hxd to Locate the graphics and code and make BIN and NES Files.
i made/ripped for Example the VT03 Hacks of F1 Race called "Xtreme Race" but when i ran it in Nintendulator, it didn't worked.
may someone help me or tell, what i did wrong.
i put my test files, together with the DGUN-2593 rom itself onto this link:
