Hello retrogamers! cool:
This is a question/poll thread if you would rather buy and play a NES Classic Edition (Famicom Mini) or a Famiclone. The rules on the question are clear and simple:
  • Discussions will only be related and connected to the question's topic.
  • Don't swear as usual.
  • Older Famiclones (known as UMC-based) are also allowed.
  • Handheld Famiclones are also allowed, but please no MP5 handhelds, Retro-Bit Generations and any other emulation-based console clones.

So let's start this discussion.

Famicom/NES / Are FC Compact & FC Pocket are NOAC-based?

Hello guys and I have a question?
I went to a Chinese mall that sells bootleg stuff and what I saw are two Famiclones. One is a compact Famiclone (FC Compact) and one is a handheld Famiclone (called the FC Pocket). Though being not listed as Famiclones in the Wikia page, both of those two Famiclones are manufactured by an unknown Chinese company. Presumably, if both of them are NOAC-based, then it will be.
