1993-1999 / Cony Soft instruments?

What are the instruments used by Cony, and how can I get them for Famitracker? I have the Hummer Team instrument pack.

I think it would be possible, but you'd probably need to open the NSF to edit the songs, which is easier said than done.

The only stage themes from the original game are Ryu's and Chun Li's.

Well, I've never played either, but I have seen them being played, so I don't know any better.

Hacker Center / Earthworm Jim 3 > Rayman?
« on: October 06, 2015, 01:10:40 PM »
Has anyone hacked Hummer's "Earthworm Jim 3" into an NES quote unquote "port" of Rayman 1? I remember the original was originally intended for the SNES, so it could be based on the SNES prototype. Would it have played like the original?

The Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends theme in the style of Hummer Team (made in FamiTracker, partially inspired by the Mega Drive version).

How'd you find the (original) Mai sprite from the KOF '96 pirate? She was one of the 13 unused characters, so I have no idea how you knew what her sprite looked like.

These are awesome! BTW, I had no idea you could actually make NES ROMs.

Here are my attempts at "Hummerizing" a few screenshots from the Mega Drive/Genesis Thomas game:

Pirated Work / Hummer music on FamiTracker instrument pack

Oh, if I could use Famitracker, I would've made most, if not All my covers with this. I still find Hummer's horrible music hilarious, and I wish they were still around.

Thanks, I want create Somari 2. It's a nes port of Sonic The Hedgehog 2. Instead of Tails following you, you got Taluigi following you.

But also, I'm not a good music composer. I wanted somebody to make legit NES music.
Famitracker? That should work for the music, and it can in fact insert tracks into an NSF (!)

While it's rather amusing that it manages to sound exactly like the original, I'm still slightly disappointed that it doesn't sound 8 Bit. I wish Hummer Team were still around, so they could've ported it instead.
I think this is the only example of the famicom / nes music, which is made from DPCM samples only. So it's pretty spectacular. At least  more interesting than shitty HummerTeam's music.
Well, I think some of it is not shitty, and I would've prefered if they covered the theme tune. It would've sounded more 8 Bit.
