Interesting things from the ROM headers:

World of Warcraft claims in its header to be "AVP". If I recall, there was a still un-dumped Alien vs. Predator game from Sintax-- I have a pretty good idea now of what engine it must use.
Not only that, but it has an Alien on the Game Over screen - perhaps this is why!

I guess Wang Debin might have used an English name or a pseudonym beginning with S though.
Or, one of the names was a typo - S and D are next to each other, and pirated games tend to have some broken English?

Lumps of coal that actually are interesting. Thanks :D
Definitely give the Luo Ke Ren X game a try, that's the most impressive one.

Same three done here as well, the WoW game is very basic, the MS game is alright, the Digimon game is close, but no cigar. The MMX game is complex, I like that so far.
Luo Ke Ying Xiong EXE5 (络克英雄EXE5) / Luo Ke Ren X5 (洛克人X5) done - it was alright.
2003 Gu Huo Lang II (2003古惑狼II), lol, what kind of idiotic bossfights were these?
Bing Yuan Li Xian Ji II, finally I was bothered to take a look at Ice Age :P

Game Boy / Donkey Kong 5 (Unl) ? real game or fake ?

Woah. Music still has Mario relation - the title screen music is a very slow rendition of the Daisy theme from Super Mario Land :P

wow  Donkey Kong 5 - The Journey of Over Time and Space looks like a  good game .
No, it's just a SMB Deluxe hack, judging by the very first level.

This makes me wonder what their earlier games were then.

I'm pointing towards some Nice Code games, but not all are capable of being dated 2003: AVP, Tomb Raider immediately drops out of question, due to the packaging art and the graphics used in game, respectively.
Eh, I'm totally going to set up a timeline in a new topic soon.

Here, have a post then. :P

Pinocchio's recovery.
Waixing could have went over LV9 as there was still lots of room for improvement in like say, better weapons. The final bossfight should not have taken 36 minutes (yes, I actually played in real time and with a stopwatch), just because my AP was only 21. That's not difficulty, that's just overshot HP on the boss side.
And I haven't even mentioned the swimming part yet before the bossfight.

...also, why was there a skeleton midboss in the game?

And their English site says 2004.
So there's something really weird going on, if three sources say three (consecutive) years respectively.

Perhaps Derrick's 2002 is legit and SNT's Chinese 2003 date is just a correction, because they could have been formed in the end of 2002, as in almost 2003.
