Hi 瓜瓜龍, I'm glad to reply to you again. As far as I know, Gowin's game GS-14 does not exist. It's just my guess, but I found some evidence to support it. This is a screenshot of their game release time I found on Gowin's official website. I guess Gowin decided to start making GBC games after making GB games GS01-08, because these games are not released in full order of numbers. After they released GS07 (GS07 was released after GS08), they didn't release any games in 1999. Why? Because GameBoyColor was born at the end of 1998, I guess Gowin spent a whole year (1999) developing GBC games and refilling the previous GS02-GS08 games with GBC boxes to make more money.
Why was GS09 released after GS13? I guess the development time of GS09 should be in 1999. At that time, it may have been in the state of semi-finished products, but Gowin has not determined whether to make it into GB games or GBC games for sale, so they left a space for GS09 and released GS10 to GS13 until GS14 was replaced by GS09. The release time of GS09 and GS15 is only two months away, so I don't think GS14 exists. Of course, these are just my personal guesses. :)

I remember the organization that first mentioned Sintax's GBA game should be Sky League, which released a GBA game on August 15, 2005: Pokemon red and blue duel. But I've never seen the cart of this game. The others are just like what 瓜瓜龍 and KingPepe said.

GangFeng released all the VF's GB/GBA games, and some common Japanese GB games.

I don't know what the VF original version is like. I bought a game named the Lord of the Rings 2, in which the character used a sword instead of a whip. The logo of the game is TD-Soft when it starts.

hello 瓜瓜龍:
As far as I know, VF GB games all have mainland China versions, they are released by different companies, among which the most "popular" games may be Super Fighter S and Suiko Monster. About the two games Queen Fighter 2000 and Super Fighter 2001 Alpha, I want to say is that I've bought their mainland China version, they are not from LiCheng as it said on Bootleg Games Wiki, but from another Chinese company: GangFeng (maybe you are familiar with their GB/GBC game consoles, but they did make some GB/GBC/GBA carts), they used the VF original PCB (the same copy protection), just changed the sticker, instruction and box, so GangFeng maybe the only VF authorized agency in mainland China.

My kof97 cart also shows GYY before entering the game, it may be the original version of bootleg kof97.

This is not common. It's likely to occur during production (if it is not done by the seller). I once bought an BBD's GB game Digimon Adventure 6 with a Chinese cover, but the text was in English; Another time I bought a GB KOF 97 in an early Gowin gray shell.

Hi, 瓜瓜龍! I saw that you mentioned me in your post, so I registered an account to reply to you. Tian Cai Xiao Zi is a mysterious company because they not only developed some of their own gameboy games, but also released some Vast Fame games (maybe other companies as well). Let me talk about the game West Story(西游记). It once came on VF's multicart (8 in 1), according to the game 水浒神兽(2001) we can know that the cart is made after 2001, so I guess the West Story was probably developed by VF(like Gowin's Top Secret and Lost Trip)but distributed by TCXZ (perhaps VF sold the copyrights to other companies). And there are two pictures I scanned about this West Story game.  Thanks!
