Title: Banners?

Is it possible for you admins to do some kind of community banner shower somewhere? I've seen it on YouChew (http://youchew.net/forum/index.php?app=ccs), and it looks pretty awesome there.

For example, stuff like this, but when you refresh the page it turns into some other members banner:
