Badly need to buy cartridges but where?  Is there an equivalent game in any modern platform?

It's fairly common on multicarts, sometimes it goes by the name "Jewel Tetris" too.

It's actually a clone of Columns by Sega though - there were a number of official Columns games mostly made in the 90s but the only recent version I can find is for iOS. Some of the old games have been re-released on Sega compilations and the Wii's Virtual Console though.

I saw a hack of this game called "Coin Tetris". Instead of Lady Liberty (Which was stolen from Golgo 13), There is this creepy faced man doing a Thumbs Up.
