That old ROM has been circulating for a very long time. It seems to be a bad dump, so it does not work

I have no idea. The ROM name suggests that it is one of the Zelda Oracle games. The header name in the ROM suggests it is a digimon game. Maybe you could make sense of what it is by checking out its graphics in yychr. Either way it is a bad dump of a game that has functioning ROMs documented. I see no reason to continue spreading it.
